STOP - THINK - ACT

This leaflet aims to help leaders and supervisors to fulfil their roles and responsibilities in managing, supporting safety and quality in the work place.

It is the responsibility of everyone working on behalf of United Living to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe manner without undue risk to others.

The safety of everyone is important to United Living. A large part of being organised is asking the right questions and ensuring those working with us understand what is expected of them. Work and programmes need to be maintained but we do not want paperwork to override common sense. There are checklists available to remind and guide you, additional information and support can be sought through your SHEQ team and be found on the HSE website.
