First Aid

You can learn a range of skills on our courses designed for members of the public. These courses are not suitable if you need a first aid certificate but will give you skills to help in a first aid emergency.

This course is for staff who need a basic grounding in first aid or employees acting as their company's appointed person. It is also for staff assisting a qualified first aider and for businesses with a low risk working environment and less than 50 people. An 'Appointed Person' certificate valid for 3 years is issued on completion of the course.
